Zoe Grace Southwell, age 18 days, passed peacefully in her parents' arms at the University of Michigan CS Mott Children's Hospital in Ann Arbor, MI on Jan 26, 2012. After struggling with Neonatal Hemochromatosis, a rare liver disease, she met the eyes of Jesus.
Zoe is deeply loved by her parents Steve and Darci Southwell of Mancelona.
She is the cherished sister of five siblings: Jacob, Gabriel, Anna, Nathan, and Gillian.
She is also survived by paternal grandparents Del and Gayle Southwell of Mancelona; maternal grandparents, Darel and Ruthann Willison of Kalkaska; and loving aunts and uncles; Jodi Willison of Ludington, Jon and Lindsey Southwell with cousin Isaac of Mancelona, and Jason and Tahisa Southwell with cousin Tesla of San Pedro, Belize.
Zoe gave us a lifetime of love during her short time on earth. We know we will hod her again in heaven one day.
