William L. Kile Obituary William L. Kile, D.D.S., 66, died unexpectedly Saturday, September 23, 2006 in the Port Huron Hospital Emergency Room. He was born March 31, 1940 in Hillman`, Michigan and had lived in the Port Huron area since the late 1970's. Bill was raised in Rogers City, graduating from Rogers City High School. He attended the University of Michigan and graduated from U. Of M. Dental School. He served as a captain with the Air Force in Bermuda during the Vietnam Era. He returned to Port Huron and has practiced dentistry in the area for several years. Like his father before him, Bill went to school at Michigan as did his brother and sister. He was a member of the Michigan Dental Society, Port Huron Yacht Club and B.P.O.E. #343. He was a proud member of A.A. Bill loved music and musical instruments, being proficient on the guitar, banjo and ukelele. He was an avid sailor and sportsman and a devoted U. Of M. Sports fan. Bill is survived by his wife, Norma B. Kile of Port Huron, children, William L. (Hope) Kile, Jr. of Denver, NC and Terri E. Kile of Washington, MO; sister, Kaye (Pete) Corneliuson of Fresno, CA and their children, Anne, Susan, Elizabeth and Kyle, brother, Dick (Sandy) Kile and their children Charlie, Rick and Katie, step-daughter Leslie Wasiluk of Rochester, MI and her son Aaron, step-sons, Kurt (Julia) Wasiluk of Warren and their children Cameron and Grace and Greg Wasiluk and partner Shannon Rice of Rochester Hills, cousins, Robert (Jackie) Kile and Ev and Sandi Randlett and many good friends. A Celebration of Bill's Life will be held at 12 noon Thursday in Karrer-Simpson Funeral Home. Visiting hours are Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 9 p.m. Memorial Tributes in Bill's memory may be made to the American Diabetes Association or the American Heart Association.
