William James Luton, 38, of Traverse City, died Sun, Dec 20, 1998.
Born Jan 31, 1960, in Traverse City, he was the son of William G. Luton and Gloria Vandergriff.
William was a resident of Traverse City for the past 10 years , moving from Mancelona. He enjoyed sports, especially basketball, and loved animals.
Survivors include mother Gloria (Ronald) Golden of Kalkaska; father William G (Suzzanne) Luton of Mancelona; brother Robert (Karie) Luton of Kalkaska; sisters Debbie Fisher of Florida, and Lisa Luton and Andrea Luton, both of Mancelona; maternal grandmother Ruth Borst of Mancelona; and paternal grandmother Eleanor Alder of Mancelona.
Memorial services were held Dec 26 at the Antrim Church of Christ; the Rev. Mark McCool officiated.
Arrangements were made by the Traverse City Chapel of Covell Funeral Homes.
