William C. "Bill" Farabaugh, 51, of Kalkaska, passed away on Saturday, August 29, 2009.
He was born on June 30, 1958 in Spangler, Pennsylvania to Clair Rupert and Marita Jean (Springer) Farabaugh.
Bill married Robin Renee Ramsey on July 22, 1978 in Kalkaska.
Always known as a hard worker, Bill loved being a truck driver. He was currently working for Northern A-1 Services.
Bill enjoyed cooking and especially loved outdoor grilling.
He had a great sense of humor and was always willing to tell you a joke. Bill was a devoted family man and a very loving husband, father, and grandfather. He will be deeply missed.
Bill is survived by his devoted wife of 31 years, Robin; his loving children, Billie Jo (Will) Edmonson of Kalkaska, Douglas W. (Shelley Raymond) Farabaugh of Ypsilanti, Ashley Renee (R.J. Gonzales) Farabaugh of Kalkaska, and Alicia Danielle (Jason) Hale of Kalkaska; his 9 cherished grandchildren, Alexandra, Nathen, Elliot, Jaden, Ryenn, Bria, Jase, Grayson, and Devan; his dear father Clair R. Farabaugh of Kalkaska.
Additionally, Bill is also survived by his sibilings, Rupert H. Farabaugh of Kalkaska, Cathy A. (Norm) Poppy of Bowling Green, KY, Lisa J. (Jeff) Hartzell of Kalkaska, and Jeff A. Farabaugh of Kalkaska.
Bill was preceded in death by his dear mother, Marita Jean Farabaugh; and his precious twin boys, Christopher Eugene and Jason Clair.
Visitation for Bill will be held Tuesday, September 1, 2009 from 5 - 8 p.m. at Wolfe-O'Neill Funeral Home. The funeral service will be held on Wednesday at 12:00 p.m. at the funeral home with Pastor Ken Doss officiating. A graveside service will immediately follow at Evergreen Cemetery.
