Willard N. Mengel; Saturday, December 7, 1996 at age 81. He is survived by his very special companion of many years, Jeanette Edson; sons, Richard (M. Theresa) and Bruce (Colleen) Mengel; daughter, Barbara (John) Buck; grandsons, Michael and Brandon; several nieces and nephews. Bill was an Eastman Kodak retiree, a long time member of the Wakan-Hubbard Lodge #154 f. & A.M. and a member of the Salem United Church of Christ.
Friends may call Monday evening 7 to 9, Tuesday, 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 at the Vay-Schleich & Meeson Funeral Home Inc, 1075 Long Pond Rd, where his Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel Wednesday at 10 o’clock. Interment White Haven Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Barnard Volunteer Ambulance, Salem United Church of Christ or your favorite charity.
