Walter S. Reynolds, age 65, passed away Sep 8, 1986. He was born in Lansing and was a resident of Holt for most of his life. He was a Life Member of the Lansing Post #6132 V.F.W. was a Master Plumber and contractor, was an active volunteer, giving many hours of service for the Ingham County 4-H, and had served in the WWII in the C.B.I. Theater. Surviving are his wife, Beulah; 4 sons, Richard of Belding, Walter H Sr of Holt, Ray of Lansing and Pat of Holt; 1 daughter, Sandy Roath of Haslett; 12 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; 2 brothers, Wayne of Lansing and Wilbur of Rodney; 1 sister, Helen Trowbridge of Mason; several nieces and nephews. Religious graveside services will be conducted at 1 pm Thursday at Maple Ridge Cemetery in Holt. Pallbearers will be Dave Fuller, Gene Hunt, Joe Reynolds, Greg Reynolds, Randy Farr, and Stan Walker. The family will receive friends at the Estes-Leadley Holt Chapel on Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm.
