Violet G. Williams, 74 of Kalkaska passed away peacefully on Mar 26, 2006, at Kalkaska Memorial Health Center's Long Term Care Unit.
She was born on Jul 3, 1932, in Alma the daughter of the late Hiram and Helen (Farr) DeCamp.
The beloved mother of James (Grace) Tester of Kalkaska, Helen Tester of Kalkaska, George (Sherry) Tester of OK, Bonnie (Ralph) Hanover of Owosso, Karen (Charles) Forbush of Kalkaska, Chance (Marie) Arbuckle of Traverse City, Penny (Mark) Fairbotham of Johannesburg, Randy Arbuckle of Jackson, and Kay (Butch) Tuck of Republic; loved grandmother of 25 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren; and loved sister of Joan Whitney.
Violet was a resident of Kalkaska since 1968. She was a member of the Helping Hands Club in Kalkaska. She enjoyed playing bingo and loved her family immensely.
Preceding Violet in death was her husband, Warren Ogg; and husband, Joseph Williams; infant daughter, Dixie Lynn Arbuckle; grandchildren, Travis Tuck and Kendall Crandell; brother, Chester DeCamp; and sister in law, Joyce DeCamp.
Visitation will be held on Thu, Mar 30, from 7 to 9 pm at the Wolfe-O'Neill Funeral Home. The funeral service will be on Fri at noon at the funeral home, with additional visitation one hour prior to the service.
Burial will be at Oliver Township Cemetery.
