Vincent P Dietrich, 78, of Kalkaska, passed away peacefully on Mar 22, 2004 at his home.
Born on Apr 1, 1925, in Muskegon, he was the son of Edward and Mina (Langlois) Dietrich.
Vincent was a veteran of WWII, serving in the US Army. He married Jean Kluting on Sep 2, 1946 in Conklin. Vincent and Jean moved to Kalkaska in 1973. He retired in 1987 from the Michigan Consolidated Gas Co. Vincent was a member of St Mary of the Woods Catholic Church in Kalkaska.
Vincent is survived by his loving wife of 57 years, Jean; his children, Voloyce (Gary) Grveneberg of Jerome, Ann (John) Schoenborn of Ravenna, Sid Dietrich of Conklin and Chuck (Susan) Dietrich of Kalkaska; 16 grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; and his brothers and sisters, Marie, Edward, Clara, and Margaret.
Vincent was preceded in death by his parents, his son, Christ Dietrich, and his daughter in law, Terri Dietrich.
A memorial mass will be held on Mon, Apr 12, at 11 am at St. Mary of the Woods.
