Vera M Baehler, 67, a lifelong resident of the Kalkaska area, died Sat, Feb 5, 2000, at Munson Medical Center.
Mrs. Baehler was born in Grayling on Feb 11, 1932, to Charles and Margaret Priest Tinker. On Nov 13, 1972, in Kalkaska, she married Richard Baehler, who preceded her in death on Jan 17, 1997.
Mrs. Baehler enjoyed crocheting, and will be greatly missed by her children and grandchildren.
Surviving are sons Ben Watts, Robert Watts, Burton Boger and Dan Boger, all of Kalkaska; daughters Christine Boger of Gaylord and Michelle Baehler of Traverse City; brothers Dan Tinker of Lansing, Martin Tinker of Grayling, and James Tinker of Florida; sisters Kay Melroy of West Branch, Bernice Moyer of Kalkaska, and Elaine Gowen of Alden; eight grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by daughter Carol Watts, brothers Robert and William Tinker, and sister Letha Rose.
Graveside services will be in the spring at Evergreen Cemetery in Kalkaska.
