Thomas E. Bruman, 64, of Alden, formerly of Memphis, MI, passed away at Munson Medical Center on Fri, Oct 1, 2010.
He was born on Dec 2, 1945 to the late Marshall and Catherine (VanAntwerp) Bruman in Mt Clemens, MI.
Thomas was a well respected teacher of both English and German at Memphis High School. He was honored as Teacher of the Year in 1991. Thomas was a member of MEA and St Mary of the Woods Catholic Church.
He is survived by his sister, Bonnie Bruman of Alden, and his close cousin, Linda Mohler of Manton.
There will be a funeral mass held for Thomas on Fri, Oct 8, 2010 at 11 am at St Mary of the Woods Catholic Church with Reverend Norman Dickson SJ officiating.
Visitation will be held one hour prior to the mass. Memorial contributions may be given to St. Mary of the Woods Decorating Committee.
