Thomas A. Burgess, 90, died Sat, Aug 25, 1990 in Lapeer Regional Hospital after a brief illness.
He was born Jun 27, 1900 in Maple Valley Township, the son of Robert and Bertha Downey Burgess.
He married Dehlia Clark in Jun of 1922, in Brown City. She died in Jul of 1928. He married Mildred Clink in June of 1930 in Imlay City.
Mr. Burgess was a farmer and electrician. He was a life member and past master of Brown City Lodge 409 F ft Am.
He is survived by wife; three sons and daughters in law, Elton and Virginia of Brown City, Lawrence and Darlene of Avoca, and Donald and Judy of Rapid City, SD; two daughters, Jean Brown of Baldwin and Helen Fausch of Brown City; three daughters and sons in law, Betty and Robert St. Germaine of Michigan City, IN, Wilma and Jim O’Brian of Swartz Creek, and Shirley and Phil Machiela of Brown City; 29 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren and one great great grandchild; a brother, Glenn of Brown City and a
