Thelma Gray, former resident of Kennewick and Richland, passed away Sun, Sep 2, 1990, at her home in Seattle. Mrs. Gray was born in Fife Lake, MI, on Oct 18, 1899. She married John Edward Gray in 1915, and they moved to Washington State in 1941. She worked at the Boeing Aircraft Company during WWII and later as a Nurses Assistant in the seattle Area. Mrs. Gray lived in the Tri-Cities from 1950-1964. She was preceeded in death by her husband in 1955 and a son, Gorval "Lefty" Gray, in 1976. She is survived by a daughter, former Richland resident Gladys Gray Street of Seattle; grandchildren Shirley Swinehart of Glennie, MI, Darrell Street of Portland, OR, Martha Florin of Otis Orchards, WA, Janene Street Whittom of Bellevue, WA, Margaret Busenbark of Lake Stevens, WA, Ed Gray of Grand Coulee, WA, and ten great grandchildren. Inurnment services will be held on Sat, Sep 8, 1990, at 3pm at Resthaven Cemetery.
