Mrs. Thelma J Clark, 77, of Kalkaska, formerly of Fife Lake, died Fri, Nov 12, 1999, at Kalkaska Memorial Health Center.
Mrs. Clark was born in Chelsea on May 4, 1922, the daughter of the late Frank and Olive Nelson Wolff, she married Lester Clark in South Boardman on Jun 13, 1940. He died on Jul 11, 1993.
Thelma lived all her adult life in Kalkaska County, and enjoyed crocheting, reading, her Bible and watching birds.
Surviving are daughters Shirley (Edward) Fisher of Lowell and Irene (Ehl) Clark of Owosso; grandchildren Randy Ehl of Owosso, Darlene (David) Funkey of Cedar Springs, Ed (Tracie) Fisher of Lowell, and Dawn (Calvin) Piper of Grand Rapids; great grandchildren Tony and Casey Funkey, Krystal and Kandice Piper and step grandsons Kelly Piper and Eddie Fisher; sisters Dolly Clark/Tipton of Holland and Faye (John) Wood of Owosso; sisters in law Edith Clark of South Boardman, Gladys Cross of Kalkaska, and Beulah McClure of AZ; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were Nov 16 at the Wolfe Funeral Home in Kalkaska; Rev. William McQueen officiated. Interment was in Garfield Township Cemetery, Kalkaska County.
