Terry D. Needham, 62, of Kalkaska, passed away on Sat, Nov 22, 2008, at Munson Medical Center in Traverse City. He was born on Feb 16, 1946, in Carson City, Michigan, the son of the late Cecil and Alice (Coleman) Needham.
Terry graduated from Breckenridge High School in 1965. He married Diana Lynn Herweyer on Jul 18, 1970 in St. Louis, Michigan. Terry and Diana moved to Kalkaska in 1981, where Terry worked for the Kalkaksa County Road Commission for over 20 years. He was a former Citizen of the Year. Terry was also a member of Calvary Baptist Church and an honorary member of the Kiwanis Club.
Surviving Terry are his devoted wife of 38 years, Diana; his loving children, Chad E (Annette) Needham of Omaha, NE and Kipp A. (Tina) Needham of Traverse City; his brother, Donald "Bud" (Karen) McCallister of Flushing and his precious grandchildren, Briana, Caurian, Kris, Kobey, Tyler, Ryan, Emma, Kenny, Taylynn, Anna, and Emily.
Visitation for Terry will be held on Tue, Nov 25 from 1 to 8 pm at Wolfe-O'Neill Funeral Home. Services will take place on Wed, Nov 26 at 11 am at Calvary Baptist Church with Pastor Matt Moser officiating. Burial will be at Evergreen Cemetery.
