Tate M. Gooden, 17, of Fife Lake, died Sun, May 1, 1994, of injuries suffered in an auto accident near his home.
Tate was born in Cadillac on Oct 29, 1976, to Russell and Janet Hill Gooden.
A lifelong resident of Fife Lake, he had attended Forest Area Schools. He enjoyed hunting and baseball.
Surviving are his parents, Russell and Sue Gooden of Fife Lake and Janet McKay of Ellsworth; a daughter, Marissa Lynn; his finace, Chrissy Patton of South Boardman; two brothers, Russell R. Gooden of Fife Lake and Raymond Gordon of Ellsworth; two sisters, Lori Lindeman of Manistee, and Kiddy Gauld of Fife Lake; his grandparents, Raymond and Della Gooden of Houghton Lake, and Donald and Donna Miller of Cadillac; and aunts and uncles, Donna and Dave Cox of Lansing and Joyce and Ken LaBelle of Onaway.
Funeral services will be held at 2pm Thu, May 5, 1994 at the Wolfe Funeral Home in Kalkaska. Rev. Terry Williams will officiated. Burial will be in Clark Cemetery, Kalkaska County. Friends may call at the funeral home from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm Wednesday.
