Stephanie Suzanne Spurbeck, 20 of Kalkaska, passed away on Sat, Nov 18, 2006, at the U of M Medical Center in Ann Arbor.
Born on Nov 24, 1985, in Reed City, MI, she was the daughter of David R. Spurbeck and Barbara J Cool.
Stephanie graduated from Kalkaska High School in 2004 and was a member of the Evangel Assembly of God church in Evart, MI. Her goal in life was to become married and have children. Stephanie loved singing and was a decorated cheerleader.
Surviving are her mother, Barbara (Michael) Woodhams of Kalkaska, her father, David (Tracey) Spurbeck of Evart; three brothers, Loren Hazen, Eric Woodhams, and Tyler Spurbeck, and one sister, Lynsie Spurbeck; grandparents Earl and Debra Cool of Evart, Martin and Roberta Woodhams of Kalkaska, Glen and Joyce Spurbeck of Barryton, and Paul and Thelma Cass of Evart; great grandmother, Ettabelle Christie of Marion; and her boyfriend, Jose Flores of Kalkaska.
Stephanie was preceded in death by her grandmothers, Roberta E Cool and Betty Cass.
A funeral service was held on Wed, Nov 22, at Evangel Assembly of God in Evart with Reverend Scott Leutz officiating. Burial was at Osceola Township Cemetery in Osceola County, MI.
