Silena MacKay, age 64, died May 18, 1947 at the residence in Byron. Funeral services will be held 2pm Wed, May 21, 1947 at the Lewis N. Small Mortuary, Rev. Homer VanBuren officiating. Burial in Byron Cemetery. Surviving are daughter, Mrs. Lloyd Root; son, Theodore; 2 grandchildren of Byron. 2 sisters, Mrs. Lorena Stanfield of Jackson; Mrs. Mary Eseman of Mt. Morris. One brother, Dick Sewell of Flint.
