Shirley G. Teesdale, 62, loving wife and mother, passed away Monday, Sept. 15, 2003, at her home in Kalkaska.
Shirley was born April 4, 1941. the daughter of Gordon E. and Ida M. (Van) Crandall. On Dec. 7. 1963, she married Jack Teesdale in Howard City.
Shirley was a resident of Kalkaska all of her life. She was a member of the New Life Assembly of God Church of Kalkaska for 22 years.
Shirley enjoyed collecting antique dolls and collectibles, loved spending time with her children and grandchildren, and she also enjoyed garage sales, camping and the great outdoors.
Shirley is survived by her husband, Jack, of 39 years; children, Susan (Andrew) Sacheck of Grand Rapids, Ronald (Tanya Watson) Pickard of Kalkaska, and Deborah (Rusty) Hahnenberg-Stephenson of Kalkaska; mother, Ida M. Crandall; sister, Rena Hall of Kalkaska; brothers, Kenneth Crandall and Robert Crandall, both of Kalkaska, and William (Beverly) Crandall of Rockford; 11 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her father, Gordon E. Crandall.
Visitation was held Wednesday, Sept. 17. at the Wolfe Funeral Home in Kalkaska. The funeral service was conducted Thursday, Sept. 18, at the New Life Assembly of God Church in Kalkaska, with the Rev. Scott A. Rhoades officiating. Interment followed in the Clearwater Township Cemetery in Rapid City.
