Other of Lieutenant Colonel Jonathan Vance, Ottawa; Lisa Vance, Ottawa; Stephen Vance, Ottawa; Sarah Vance, Toronto; & Rachel Vance, Ottawa. Grandmother of Taelor Smith & Jacob Vance. Sister of the late Douglas Black. Cremation. The family will receive friends at the McConnell Funeral Home, Tweed from 2-4 & 7-9 pm. Thursday and 11:30-12:30 pm Friday.
