Russell J. Steele, 79, of White Lake died Aug 19, 1992.
Mr. Steele was a member of the Redford Masonic Lodge #583 F&AM, O.E.S. #523 Lola Valley-Redford and Moslem Temple Shrine. He was also past chairman of the Kalkaska County Commission on Aging and a member of the Advisory Board on Aging, Traverse City and was a veteran of the U.S. Navy WWII.
He is survived by his wife Lucille; one son, Dennis and wife Martha Steele of White Lake; four grandchildren, Denise, Tracy, Mathew, and Sebastian Steele; one great grandchild, Forest Sebastian Steele; and two sisters in law, Patricia Calloway and Betty Marlow.
Funeral arrangements were made by the Elton Black & Son Funeral Home in Union Lake.
