Services for Mr. Stacy were held from Carman Funeral Home, Brown City, at 3pm. Sun with Rev. Basel Curtiss, pastor of the Brown City First United Methodist Church, and Rev. Emery Petho, pastor of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church officiating.
Burial was in Evergreen Cemetery.
Mr. Stacy was born December 28, 1942 in Brown City and graduated in 1960 from Brown City High School. He attended Flint Junior College, Michigan State University and the University of Florida.
He was a building contractor.
He married Mary Pat Linck December 28, 1968 in Brown City.
Mr. Stacy is survived by his widow; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. George Stacy, Brown City; two brothers, David and Stephen, Brown City; two sisters, Mrs. William Thomas, Carsonville and Miss Susan Stacy, Brown City; his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Ellis Stacy, Lapeer and a grandmother, Mrs. Mary Clapsaddle, Brown City.
