Roy Gene Huber, 71, of Kalkaska went home to be with the Lord, Thu, Jan 5, 2012 at his home in Kalkaska.
Born in Toledo, OH on Apr 13, 1940, Mr. Huber was the son of the late Herbert and Minnie (Winbauer) Huber. Roy had a great love and appreciation for the outdoors, fishing, and passing time with remote control airplanes. He and his wife enjoyed many years of traveling together to Arizona and the Painted Desert.
His wife Linda (Hayes) survives, along with his children Lois jennings, Mark Larson, Brenda Schmoldt, Roy W. Huber, Robert Huber, Gary Huber, and Sheila Huber; ten grandchildren; three great grandchildren; and his sisters, Eileen Dawson, Barb Dallas, and Joyce Keith.
Preceding Roy in death were his parents, brother, Robert Huber and sister Donna Waldron.
A private family memorial will be held at a later date.
Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Kalkaska Funeral Home and Cremation Services.
