Roy E. Wills
Funeral services for Roy E. Wills, 5497 Big Tree Rd, Orchard Park, assistant manager of the Ford Motor Co stamping plant at Woodlawn, will be held Tuesday in Lincoln Park, Mich.
Mr. Wills, who would have been 48 today, died Friday, July 12, 1968 in Our Lady of Victory Hospital in Lackawanna.
Mr. Wills, a Ford employee for 26 years, became assistant manager at Woodlawn in 1966. He came to the position from the company’s stamping plant at Woodhaven, Mich.
He started with Ford in 1942 as a riveter and advanced to foreman within a year. Mr. Wills became production manager in 1960 and plant manager at Dearborn, Mich in 1962.
He is survived by his wife, the former Viriginia M. Sheffer; a daughter, Mrs. Karen Vitkay, Detroit; a son, Kenneith Wills, Orchard Park, and three grandchildren.
Burial will be in Michigan Memorial Park Cemetery, Flat Rock, Mich.
