RoseAnn Gallatin, 80, passed away at her home in Fife Lake on Sep 5, 2012. She was born on Feb 7, 1932 in Imlay City to the late Lottie Marie (Kajcienski) and Henry Theodore Mathers.
RoseAnn married Robert Gallatin on Dec 19, 1953, and they were married for 50 years when he passed away in 2004. She taught ballet and enjoyed attending the dance recitals. RoseAnn liked to crochet, knit, and do puzzles. She also enjoyed camping with her family. RoseAnn was a member of St Paul Lutheran Church.
She is survived by her devoted son and daughter in law, Richard and Barbara Gallatin of Fife Lake; her dear sister and brother, Leona (Hal) Glancy of Imlay City and Raymond Mathers of Battle Creek; and many nieces and nephews.
RoseAnn was preceded in death by her loving husband, Robert; her brothers, Leo Mathers and Albert Mathers; her sister, Arlene; and her parents.
Visitation for RoseAnn was held Fri, Sep 7, from 2 to 7pm at Wolfe-O'Neill Funeral Home. Funeral services were Sat, Sep 8, at 2pm at St Paul Lutheran Church, with Pastor Chad Hoover officiating. Burial took place in Boardman Township Cemetery.
