Mrs. Rose Doran, 77, of Kalkaska, died Tue, Nov 28, 1995, at Munson Medical Center.
Mrs. Doran had been a resident of Kalkaska since 1981, after moving from Brighton. She was a member of St. Mary of the Woods Catholic Church, and enjoyed reading.
She was born on Feb 3, 1918, in Brockton, MA, to Dominic and Nancy (Falsano) Nardi. On Jul 2, 1949, in Brighton, she was united in marriage with William L Doran, who survives.
Also surviving are one son, Leo Pastho Doran of Butte, MT; two daughters, Margaret Rose Sullivan of Largo, FL, and Mary Bennet of Kalkaska; nine grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
A Mass of Christian Burial was held Fri, Dec 1, 1995, at St. Mary of the Woods Catholic Church. Father Patrick J Barrett officiated. Burial was in St. Mary of he Woods Cemetery, Kalkaska County.
Memorial contributions may be given to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
