Delton, MI-Arrangements for Ronald Joe France were made by Diana, Tracy, sister Linda and mother Juanita. The funeral was paid for by Juanita France and Linda Kahler. Linda, in tribute to her brother, made the casket top with race car track with all accessories. Blanket was black and white race check. Also a race car wreath to match. Ron wasn’t much for flowers. He passed away at home June 1, 2012. He was 56 years old. Viewing for immediate family was june 7, 9:30am to 10am. Services were held at Hickory Corners Cemetery at 11 am Mr. France was born July 1, 1955 in Battle Creek, the son of Willie B. France and Juanita (Powers) France. He was raised in Battle Creek until he moved to Delton in ’70. He was a graduate of Delton High School in 1974. He was married to Dianna (Prolo) France on September 17, 1977 at his sister’s house in Banfield. They were married 34 years. He was employed by Clark Equipment Co. till closed. Then worked at Gull Lake Schools for 20 years. He loved putting together model cars. He loved NASCAR on TV. Enjoyed going to car shows all over, especially at B.C. “Cruise the Gut”. Also Gilmore Car Museum Show. He loved the races and would go with his cousin, Dean France who was more like a brother than a cousin. He also went with his sister and her family to race tracks all over. Especially the one in New Paris, IN. He enjoyed being with his family, daughter, Christina (Moe) Curtis; son, Timothy (Holli) France; grandchildren, Katelin, Joe, Ashley, Hayden, Timothy Jr; sister, Linda (Don) Kahler; nieces, Tracy (Jon) Sampson, Shelby and Salirena; nephews, Kevin (Kim) Kahler, Cameron, Nicki. Also on holidays when all got together. Contributions to be made to heart, kidney, or diabetes. Gravestone will be bought by his mother.
