Robert O. Hudson, 50, of Fife Lake, died Mon, Oct 7, 1991 at his residence following a long illness.
Mr. Hudson moved to Fife Lake from Cadillac in 1975. He had been employed as a laboratory technician at Kalkaska Memorial Health Center. Mr. Hudson was a graduate of Cadillac High School and St. Mary's Hospital School of Radiology in Grand Rapids. He served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam Era, andd was a member of the American Legion Post 480. His interests included hunting, fishing, and golf.
Born on Jun 23, 1941, in Cadillac, he was the son of the late Robert E. and Marybelle Cooper Hudson. On Dec 2, 1967, in Cadillac, he was united in marriage with Marsha Ann Taylor who survives.
Besides his wife, he is survived by two sons, Robert Michael Hudson and Thomas William Hudson both at home; three sisters, Mrs. Marvin (Barbara Jo) Radtke of Traverse City, and Mrs. Mary Edwards and Mrs. Charles (Jo) Simerson both of Cadillac; three aunts, and several nieces and nephews.
Memorial services were held Sat, Oct 12, 1991 at St. Mary of the Woods Catholic Church in Kalkaska. Father Patrick J. Barrett officiated.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts to the Kalkaska Memorial Health Center of North Country Hospice will be appreciated.
