Robert "Mike" Hansen, 63, of Fife Lake, passed away on Apr 25 at Kalkaska Memorial Health Center - LTC. He was born on Dec 29, 1948 in Fremont, MI to Robert Leonard and Louella Mae (Egbert) Hansen.
Mike is survived by his wife, Judith; his oldest son, Robert M. Hansen Jr. and his wife Helynn and their two children Corey and Alex Hansen; his daughter, Becky Benrowski and her husband Andy and Becky's two children Christopher and Vanessa DeVries; his son, Daniel J Hansen and his wife Jennie and their two children Heidi and Daniel Hansen; his son Luke Hansen and his wife Kari and their children Nicole, Sara, Lauren, Jacob, and Isaac all Hansen; his son David Hansen and his fiance Angie Gonyer and Dave's sons Eric and Nicholas Hobbs and her children Garrett and Brianna Gonyer; and his great grandchild Bentlee born to Heidi Hansen. Also surviving are his stepchildren, Therese Cummer and fiance Robert, Steven Cummer, James Cummer and fiance Debbie, and Daniel Cummer and fiance Vicki; and their children, Nathan Phillips, Samantha Kanaziz and fiance Jamieson, Heather Cummer, James Cummer and wife Samantha, Justin Cummer and fiance Staphany, Jacob Cummer, Daniel Cummer Jr., Kelsey Cummer, and Garrett Mullins; and great grandchildren, Kaelei, Gaige, Alyssa, and Brooke; and his brothers Ronald Hansen and Richard Hansen and his wife Nancy.
Mike was preceded in death by his parents and his brother Randall Hansen.
Mike always made people smile and opened his heart and home to anyone in need. He will be deeply missed by all those that knew and loved him.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
