Robert H. Wilson, 73, of Kalkaska, died Jun 6, 1998, at Munson Medical Center.
Mr. Wilson was born in Put In Bay, OH, on Mar 29, 1925, son of the late Harold and Frances Brown Wilson. He married Bette Herber in Detroit on Apr 14, 1945.
A resident of Kalkaska County for the past 12 years, Mr. Wilson formerly lived in Roseville and Englewood, FL. Prior to his retirement in 1986, he was an administrator with the Brotherhood of Maintenance of Way Employees. He served with the U.S. Coast Guard during WWII, and was a member of the D.A.V. and the Moose Lodge. He was affiliated with the Kalkaska United Methodist Church.
Surviving are his wife Bette; son Gary (Cheri) Wilson of Mattawan; daughter Sheryl (Raymond) Wagner of Rochester Hills; brother William (LaDonna) Wilson of Ohio; and two grandchildren. One brother, Jack, preceded him in death.
Memorial services will be held at 11 am Sat, Jun 13, at Kalkaska United Methodist Church. Rev. Charles Stanley will officiate.
