Richard W. “Rick” Mikula, 38, of 4593 Atkins Road, died Monday, Jul 22, 1985, in Port Huron Township from an auto accident.
He was born May 12, 1947, in Port Huron, and was a lifelong area resident. He married Deborah P. Vineyard April 19, 1985, in Port Huron.
Mr. Mikula was employed at Chrysler Corp. for the past 19 years. He was a member of U.A.W. Local 375.
He is survived by his wife; one son, Scott R. Mikula, one daughter, Stacy L Mikula, and his parents, Harry and Dorothy Mikula, all of Port Huron; a sister and brother in law, Sandra and Edward Pionk, Mesa, AZ; his grandmother, Mrs. Ethel Kilbourn, Port Huron; and one niece, Tammy MacClemmons, Mesa.
Services will be held at 11 am Friday in the Pollock-Randall Funeral Home. The Rev. Fran Gardner of Griswold Street Baptist Church will officiate. Burial will be in Lakeside Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Larry Schwark, Gary Hillger, Joe Marsack. Douglas Voight, Roger Reid, and Charles Eggars. Honorary pallbearer will be Ralph Sharrard.
Visiting is from 7 to 9 pm today and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm Thursday.
Memorials may be made to Griswold Street Baptist Church and Little League Baseball.
