Services for Raymond C. Staggs, 22, Sierra Vista, AZ, a maintenance man with the Rent-A-Tool Co., will be at 10 am Friday at the Radel Funeral Home, 1005 Madison Ave, Covington.
Mr. Staggs, a former resident of Covington, is survived by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Robert Staggs, two sisters, Mrs. Rebecca Meyers, Park Hills, and Miss Donna Jean Staggs; a brother, Gary Lee Staggs, his paternal grandfather, Charles Staggs, his maternal grandmother, Mrs. Emma Flaherty, Wheeling, WV.
Visitation after 4 pm Thursday at the funeral home.
