Paul E Throne, 63, of Bear Lake and formerly of Ypsilanti, passed away on Jun 17, 2004 at Munson Medical Center in Traverse City.
Paul was born on Mar 28, 1941, in Saline, the son of Orval and Doris (Colby) Throne.
Paul is survived by his wife, Gerry; children, Rose Ann Dailey and Paul E (Lisa Ann) Throne Jr; grandchildren, Andrew and Julianne Dailey, Keri, Liza Jane, and Colby Throne; sister, Kaylynne (Gary) Abrams, and step sister, Carol Holzaphel.
Paul worked for 36 years at Washtenaw County Roads before retiring. He enjoyed fishing and gardening.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Doris; brother, David; and step mother, Juanita.
A memorial service will be held at 7 pm on Wed, Jun 23, at Stony Creek Methodist Church in Augusta Township. An additional memorial service will be held on Sun, Jun 27, at 3 pm at Bear Lake Christian Church in Kalkaska.
