Patricia K. Vanderbilt, 59, of Holland, died Tue, August 17, 1999.
Born in Cadillac, she lived in the Holland area for more than 30 years.
She graduated from Hope College in 1962 and taught English and literature at West Ottawa, Zeeland and for the last 18 years at Hudsonville Junior High School. She was a member of Christ Memorial Church where she taught Sunday School, served as an elder and on the education committee.
Surviving are her husband of 37 years, William, children, Sandra and Christopher Bajema of Grandville, William and Abigail Vanderbilt of West Olive, and Susan Vanderbilt and Scott Mancinelli of Trabuco Canyon, CA; four grandchildren; mother, Katherine Winchester of Holland; brothers and sisters, Charels and Lois Winchester of Middleville, Jane and Gary Crosby of Alto, and Mary and Harry Burgess of Holland; brother and sisters in law, Thomas Holton of Cuttlerville, VA, and the Rev. Howard Vande Gutche of Fond Du Lac, WI, and Mary and the Rev. Roy Ackerman of Parchemnt; uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces and cousins.
