Orville R. Tuck, Sr., 50, of South Boardman, died Thursday evening, Apr 3, 1986, at the Kalkaska Memorial Hospital.
He had been a resident of Kalkaska County for the past 10 years, and owned the Northern Michigan/ Wisconsin Spring Service, Inc. He served in the Army during the Korean Conflict, and was a member of Faith Christian Fellowship in Lake City and president of the Gideons.
Mr. Tuck was born in Flint on Mar 5, 1936, to Ralph and Jane Jacobs Tuck. On Oct 31, 1981, in Waterman, IL he was married to Sandra Ervans who survives.
Besides his wife, he is survived by three sons, Dan and wife Lois of Manton, Orville Jr (Butch) of Iron Mountain, and Dave and wife Julie of Alden; three daughters, Mrs. Ron (Cindy) Krumlauf and Mrs. Tom (Mary) LaForest both of South Boardman, and Mrs. Ron (Belinda) Way of Kalkaska; three step sons, John Kittle and Randall Kittle both of South Boardman; and Larry Ervans, Jr. of Midland; one step daughter, Lori Kittle of Big Rapids; his step father, A.L. Miller of Kalkaska; 2 half sisters, Mrs. Merle (Delores) Arnold of Warsaw, NY and Diane Inokie of Hawaii; and 11 grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Mon, Apr 7, at the Wolfe Funeral Home in Kalkaska. Rev. Alan Lemley officiated. Burial was at Antioch Cemetery, Wexford County.
