Opal L. Graham, 93, of Kalkaska, died Sun, Jun 29, 1997, at the Kalkaska Memorial Health Center.
Mrs. Graham resided in Muskegon Heights until moving to Kalkaska in 1988. Prior to her retirement, she was a secretary at Hackley Hospital Mental Health Clinic. She was a member of the Temple United Methodist Church and was affiliated with Peoples Church of Kalkaska. She was active at the Kalkaska Senior Center, and enjoyed sewing, quilting, and gardening.
Mrs. Graham was born in Grand Rapids on Oct 21, 1903, to Milo and Florence Rush Robinson. On Jan 20, 1934, in Plymouth, IN, she was united in marriage with Ernest Graham who preceded her in death in 1983.
Surviving are son, Thomas (Ruth) Graham of Grand Haven; daughter, June Mann of Kalkaska; five grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a brother, John Robinson and a son in law, David Mann.
Funeral services will be held at 2 pm Wednesday at Wolfe Funeral Home in Kalkaska. Rev. Paul Karges will officiate. Graveside services will be held at 2 pm Thursday at Monaview Cemetery, Muskegon Heights.
Memorial contributions may be directed to the Peoples Church of the Kalkaska County Commission on Aging.
