Mrs. Oma Jeffers, 54, widow of the late Floyd Jeffers, died Wednesday evening in General Hospital following an illness of a few hours. Death was due to a cerebral hemorrhage.
Born Jul 28, 1883, in Bowling Green, Mrs. Jeffers came to Mansfield 27 years ago. She was a member of the United Brethren Church, the Eastern Star Lodge and the Whtie Shrine.
Surviving are a son, William W. Jeffers, a student at Hiram college; three brothers, Dr. C.S. Ordway of Toledo, and Arthur and LeRoy Walker of Bowling Green, and a sister, Mrs. Eva Craw of Battle Creek, MI.
The body was removed to the late home, 170 Highland Avenue, this afternoon, where funeral services will be held at 10 am Friday with Rev. J.E. Comer of Massillon officiating. Burial will be in Bowling Green.
