Mrs. Nellie Palmer Hare, 83, widow of William P Hare, of 20 Gaylord St, died Sun night in Auburn Memorial Hospital where she had been a patient for seven weeks.
Born in the town of Victory she had resided in Auburn 41 years. She was a member of Wall Street Methodist Church and the Senior Philathea Class.
Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. May A. Longyear and Miss Bessie Hare; a son, Edwin Hare of Owasco; a brother, Luther Palmer of Ontario, NY; two grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, and 3 great great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be at 1:30pm Wed at the Langham Funeral Home. Rev. Leon Northrop, pastor of Wall Street Methodist Church, will officiate. Burial will be in Victory Cemetery.
Friends may call from 7-9 tonight and from 4-5pm and 7-9pm Tue at the funeral home.
