Mrs. Nellie P. Davis, 85, of South Boardman, died Jan 22, 1998, at the Kalkaska Memorial Health Center.
Mrs. Davis resided in the Brown City area until 1957, when she moved to Kalkaska County. She enjoyed flowers and reading.
Born in Marlette on Mar 5, 1912, she was the daughter of Archie and Bessie Strickler Bissett. On May 28, 1929, in Marlette, she married Charles Davis, who survives.
Also surviving are daughter Nelda Roller of Ft Wayne, IN; brother Richard Bissett of Fife Lake; sister in law E. Marie Bissett of South Boardman; two grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, three great great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Brothers Donald and Cameron Bissett preceded her in death.
Funeral services were held Jan 25, at the Wolfe Funeral Home in Kalkaska. Rev. Paul Karges, pastor of The Peoples Church, officiated.
Burial will be in Lodi Cemetery, Kalkaska County.
