Nellie Jane Cooley, 90 HARTFORD CITY, Ind. - Nellie Jane Cooley, 90, formerly of 916 W. Harrison St., died Tuesday in Blackford County Hospital. Mrs. Cooley was a homemaker. Survivors include two stepdaughters, Martha Fuqua, Albany, and Helen Bedwell (husband: Jim), Hartford City; a brother; a sister; six step grandchildren; five step great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. Her first husband, Harvey Lanning, died in 1952; her second husband, John C. Cooley, died in 1990. Her mother, Mary C. Long Porter; a brother; a sister; and a stepdaughter, Cordelia J. Murray, are deceased. Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday in Keplinger Funeral Home, with Rev. Lloyd Hall officiating. Burial will be in Dunkirk IOOF Cemetery. Calling will be after 10 a.m. Monday at the funeral home.
