Mrs. Myrna L. Kolb, 92, of South Boardman, died Wed, Feb 19, 1992 at Munson Medical Center in Traverse City.
Mrs. Kolb spent her early years in South Boardman, and then moved to Detroit where she taught in the Detroit Public School System. She returned to South Boardman in the late 1960's. She enjoyed playing the piano and reading, and was a member of the South Boardman United Methodist Church, the Boardman Area Senior Citizens and the Traverse City Retired Teachers Association.
Mrs. Kolb was born in South Boardman on Oct 25, 1899 to Howard and Eva Perkins Leach. She was married to Morley R. Ducolon, a Detroit attorney, on June 25, 1932. He died in 1940. On Apr 5, 1955, in Detroit, she was married to Larry Kolb who preceded her ind eath on Jun 15, 1979.
One brother, Howard Leach, also preceded her in death.
Surviving are one daughter, Marguerite Bailey of Livonia; one niece, Sharon Leach of Lincoln Park; three grandchildren; and four great grandchildren.
Memorial services will be held at a later date with burial in Boardman Township Cemetery.
