Suddenly at her late home 327 McEwen Drive on Wednesday, October 1, 1969, Muriel Maude Grey Bassett in her 65th year, beloved wife of Roy Carleton and dear mother of Robert, Trenton; Mrs. James Langdon (Ruth), Kingston; and predeceased by one son Reginald. Resting at the Lindsay Funeral Home, 455 Princess Street until noon on Friday, October 3 for Funeral Service in St. Thomas Church, Reddnedale at 2 pm. Interment Cataraqui Cemetery. Rev. J. A Cooms officiating.
