Mildred Irene Fisher, 94, of South Boardman passed away Aug 30, 2005 at Kalkaska Long Tern Care surrounded by her loving family.
Mildred was born in Jackson, MI on Dec 28, 1910 to Fred and Mary (Hunn) Fraser. She married Robert J Fisher in East Lansing on Mar 15, 1941.
Loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and homemaker, she was a wonderful woman. She was strong in her faith and loved to read her bible and say her prayers everyday.
Her favorite saying were "God loves you and so do I," and "God loves all of us."
Mildred excelled at being faithful in everything she did. She loved spending time with family and friends, liked to cook, sew, knit, tell jokes, and enjoyed the outdoors, especially the smell of beautiful flowers. She loved her pets and liked to have things just so. She touched many lives and will always be loved very much and greatly missed.
Mildred was preceded in death by her husband, Robert J Fisher. Surviving are daughter, Kathie (Delvyn) Rockwell of Wayne; step son, Robert (Marlene) Fisher of Sun Lakes, AZ; grandchildren Cherrie (Scott) Morgan of South Boardman, Dale rockwell (Bonnie Skrocki) of East Jordan, and Bobby and Scott Fisher, both of AZ; and great grandchildren, Shela and Shawn Morgan of South Boardman.
