Maurice Krepps, 82, of 5135 E. Free Soil Rd, Free Soil, passed away Wed, Apr 10, 1996, at his residence.
Maurice was born Feb 17, 1914, in Kalkaska, MI, the son of the late Daniel and Mabel (Dean) Krepps. He grew up in Kalkaska, where he attended Darrah Schools. Maurice worked for Operating Engineers for several years as a mechanic welder, later working for R.L. Morris & Sons retiring in 1974.
Surviving are two sons, Ronald (and Lois) Krepps of Free Soil, and Doug Krepps; two daughters, Mrs. Janet Keel of Ada, and Mrs. Chuck (Jackie) Yob of Ada; two brothers, Donald Krepps of Lansing and Russell Krepps of Kalkaska; two sisters, Mrs. Edith Sieting and Mrs. Edna Hittle, both of Kalkaska, and several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by one son, Robert Krepps.
At the request of the family, there will be no services for Mr. Maurice Krepps at this time.
Arrangements are being handled by the Stephens Funeral Home, Scottville.
