Maurice Arno Benoit Sr. was a beloved son, brother, father, uncle, and friend.
He was born Jan 18, 1968, in Satelite Beach, FL. He lived in Kalkaska for the past 26 years.
Throughout his life, he was an avid hunter. He also enjoyed traveling, as he was an over the road truck driver and traveled all across the country. He passed away Nov 1, 2009 in his home in Kalkaska.
He is preceded in death by his loving mother, Linda Lee Benoit. He is survived by his father, Robert Benoit Sr.; his sisters, Cindy Hamilton, Tammy (Bob) Miller, and Andress Wagenschutz (Rob Halpin); his brother, Robert Benoit Jr, (Rachel Meadows); his sons, Maurice and Dakota; his daughter Holly, and many nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
A memorial service was held at New Life Assembly of God in Kalkaska, on Thu, Nov 12, 2009. Maurice will forever be loved and missed.
