Mark Kinnison, 70, died Tue, Dec 1, at his residence in Grayling. 

Mr. Kinnison married Delores Apple-White on Jul 21, 1967, in Kalkaska and they moved to Grayling 16 years ago. He was a self-employed carpenter, a life member of VFW Post 8684 in Kalkaska and a member of Eagles Aerie #3465, Grayling. He served in the army during WWII in the Pacific Theater of Operations. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, and painting in oils and acrylics. 

Mr. Kinnison was born Dec 11, 1921 in Kalkaska to Mark and Mary (Gill) Kinnison.

Besides his wife he is survived by his daughter Mrs. Rick (Susan) Isles of St. Johns; sons, Mark Kinnison II of Mason, Daouglas White of Kalkaska and Jeffrey White of Vanderbilt; his mother Mary Gill Kinnison of Vassar; two sisters: June Wells of Vassar and Joy Rawson of Battle Creek; two brothers: Hugh Kinnison of Hilton Head, SC and Gerry Kinnison of Bay City and four grandchildren. 

A Memorial Service will be held at a later date. 

Memorials may be sent to Otsego Area Hospice, 825 N. Center, Gaylord, MI 49735.
