Mrs. Marion A. Sulok, 75, of Rapid City, died Sat, Dec 9, 1995, at Munson Medical Center.
Mrs. Sulok resided in McHenry, IL, until eight years ago when she moved to Kalkaska County. Prior to her retirement, she was employed by Oak Industries. She was affiliated with St. Mary of the Woods Catholic Church and the American Legion Auxiliary. She enjoyed traveling, reading, and nature.
Mrs. Sulok was born in Wauconda, IL on Jun 10, 1920, to Albert and Neva Darrell Stubbing. On Jun 29, 1953, in Arlington, VA, she married John Sulok who survives.
Also surviving are one son, Guy Chamberlain of Brookville, FL; one daughter, Mrs. Patti Jordan of Cody, WY; one brother, Gordon (Bud) Stubbing of Winter Haven, FL; two sisters in law, Annie Olesnanik of PA and Madeline Sulok of CT; two grandchildren, J.R. and Candy; two great grandchildren, Jennifer and Megan; and one cousin.
Funeral services will be held at 2 pm Fri, Dec 15, 1995, at the Wolfe Funeral Home in Kalkaska. Fr. Patrick J Barrett, pastor of St. Mary of the Woods Catholic Church, will officiate. Burial will be in Helena Township Cemetery in Alden in the spring.
A scripture service will be held at 7:30 pm Thursday at the funeral home.
