Lynn Joseph Cloutier, age 70,died Jan 25, 2001, in Kalkaska. He was born Jul 21, 1930, in Detroit, the son of Elmer and Elmira (Bartle) Cloutier, and was a graduate of Wayne State High School.
Mr. Cloutier started driving trucks while in high school and worked for White Star Trucking from 1947-1985, taking a four year leave to serve his country with the U.S. Air Force, from 1950-1954.
He is survived by Wildah E Cloutier, the mother of his children; sister Carol L Cloutier; his children: Lynn Kathleen (Danny) Fuqua, Greg Cloutier, Aaron Cloutier, Sally (Nicholas) Straub, Jeanne (James) Kneebone and Jason Cloutier; and grandchildren, Adam (Kelly), Brandon, and Ryan Fuqua, Andrew and Curtis Cloutier, Travis Cloutier Maple, Austin and Denver Straub, Kelsey, Racheal, Caraline and Joseph Kneebone. He was preceded in death by his parents, brother, Walter Francis Lawson, and daughter in law, Peggy Cloutier.
Funeral services were Jan 28 with cremation to follow. Arrangements were made through the NIE Funeral Home, Ann Arbor, MI.
