Lyle O. Hanna, aged 85, of Kent City, passed away in the presence of those he loved on Mon, Jan 13, 2003. Lyle was a very devoted member of the sons of the American Legion, Kent City Post #123. He was preceded in death by a brother and two sisters. Surviving are his significant other, Mary C. Coalter of Kent City; a special niece and caregiver, Mary Lou Welch of Sand Lake; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Thu at 11am in the funeral home chapel, with Mr. Gene McGowan officiating. Interment Elmwood Cemetery. Memorial Contributions to Hospice of Michigan have been suggested. Visitation Wed 2 to 4 and 7 to 9pm. The family is being served by Bliss-Witters Cedar Chapel.
