Lydia M. Hershberger, 65, of Williamsburg, died Sun, Oct 15, 2000 at her home.
Mrs. Hershberger had been a lifelong resident of Kalkaska County. She was a devoted wife, mother, gramma and homemaker. She was a successful business woman who owned and operated Advent-Age Products of Williamsburg for the past 20 years.
She was born in Kalkaska County on May 24, 1935, to Cecil and Catherine Dinges Bailey. On Dec 5, 1953, in Kalkaska County, she married Duane Hershberger, who survives.
Besides her husband, she is survived by sons Michael (Kim) Hershberger and Mitchell (Nanette) Hershberger, both of Kalkaska; daughters Gail (Gary) Macomber of Beaverton, Gaye Hershberger of Williamsburg, Wendi Hudson of Kalkaska and Jodi (Gary) Crandall of Clarkston; brother Gordon Bailey of Owosso; sisters, Loretta Burgett of Kansas City, MO, and Laura Huffman of Hesperia; and 16 grandchildren.
Grandchild Crystal Marie, and brothers, Eugene and Warren Bailey, preceded her in death.
Funeral services were Oct 18 at Wolfe Funeral Home in Kalkaska; Pastor Gary Macomber officiated. Burial was in Coldsprings Township Cemetery, Kalkaska County.
