Lucylle A. Kelley, 61, of 16553 Five Point, Detroit, passed away Wed afternoon at Providence Hospital in Southfield after a short illness.
Surviving are her husband, Lester John Kelley, whom she married on May 31, 1935; one brother, Erwin Haskin of Grand Rapids; five sisters, Mrs. Erva Burt of Flint, Mrs. Ada McCabe of Ada, Mrs. Mae Clark of Mt. Pleasant, Mrs. Eva Riller of St. Claire Shores, and Mrs. Ann Robbins of Comstock Park; nieces, nephews and other relatives.
Preceding her in death were her parents, Della and Albert Haskin; a twin brother, Lester; and one sister, Elsie Birgy.
Mrs. Kelley was born Lucylle Haskin on August 16, 1911 in Springfield Township, Kalkaska County. She was graduated from Kalkaska High School. For 20 years she was employed by Sears Roebuck and Co. at the Grand River Store in Detroit. For the last 8 years she was supervisor for the Sears store in Troy. She was a member of Calvary Methodist Church in Redford, MI.
Funeral services will be held Sat at 2pm at the Smith Funeral Home in Kingsley, the Rev. Arthur Turner officiating. Interment will be made in Clark Cemetery, Kalkaska County.
